Mattson Resources has an awesome Accounting Manager / Sr. Accountant role with a CPA firm located in the City of Industry. The CPA firm we are partnering with offers unlimited training hours, tuition reimbursement, full benefits, 401k, etc.

My client' s firm has a diverse workforce that focuses on assurance, advisory, tax, tax research, and financial audit, review and management consulting to various clients based closed to Orange county and Los Angeles County area.
Due to alliance with firm in Los Angeles County, we are looking for a professional Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. As a qualified candidate, you must have at least Bachelor' s degree in Accounting or similar degree with minimum 2-4 years CPA firm experience. CPA or EA credentials are preferred and highly desired. You must also have exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking, along with strong people, communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently. Our client will expect you to complete tax, audit and review engagements under the system review program. Authorized to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the audit team, correspond with Junior Accountants, clients, partners, and review work for Senior Accountants
- Supervise the risk assessment, perform audit, review, compilation and preparation engagements
- Supervise the preparation of financial statement using QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Be familiar with SASs, SSAE, Uniform Guidance, GAAP and SSARS and know checkpoint
- Guide team member with an accountability attitude
- Train on the preparation of tax return including corporation, individual and others with tax planning and tax research
Qualifications:
- Bachelor' s degree in Accounting or higher
- 2-4 years of CPA firm experiences
- Authorized to work in the United States required
- CPA or EA credentials strongly preferred
