The Richmond Group USA seeks a skilled ACCOUNTANT to maintain the general ledger, prepare financial statements, liaise with external auditors, manage monthly close, oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll, and lead financial analysis and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level degree from a four-year college or university in accounting, business, or a related degree. CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deltek/CostPoint, NetSuite, Dynamics) is required and experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, One Stream) is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions)
• Experience in public accounting and/or industry with a government contracting focus. Previous involvement with private equity firms is a plus.
