We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post daily journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes.
- Use Oracle accounting software to maintain financial records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
- Proficient in Oracle accounting software and other financial management tools.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
