Title: Sr. Accountant 
Location: Philadelphia, PA area (Hybrid schedule)
Salary: $75k-$90k/year

What You’ll Do:

– Budgeting & Forecasting: Dive into budgets and forecasts, working closely with department leaders to ensure everything adds up.
– Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, tackling variance analysis with a sharp eye.
– Reconciliations & Adjustments: Keep accounts in check, analyzing and reconciling data to spot and fix exceptions.
– Team Player: Collaborate with both internal and external auditors, providing top-notch documentation and support.

What We’re Looking For:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
– 5+ years of accounting experience, within a construction company.
– Expertise in construction accounting and financial reporting.
– Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus strong keyboarding skills. SAP BPC preferred although not required.
– The ability to juggle multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
