Accountant / Bookkeeper - Wadsworth Glass

Wadsworth Glass Inc is currently hiring for a temporary Accountant / Bookkeeper to migrate our accounts to a cloud-based QuickBooks system in the El Sobrante, CA area. This bookkeeping position earns a competitive wage of $28 - $32/hour, based on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This temporary position will work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, for 90 days with the potential to go permanently full-time after that.

As an Accountant / Bookkeeper, you perform a vital mission for our company. We have accounts that need to be moved from QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor Edition to a cloud-based QuickBooks system, and your job is to make the change. You also take charge of integrating our new customer relationship management (CRM) software with QuickBooks online.

As you perform the migration and integration, nothing gets by you. Details are your strong point, and you are invested in seeing our company succeed with our new system. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER

• 10+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience with financial reporting, chart of accounts balance sheets, cash flows, and profit and loss (P&L)
• QuickBooks Certified
