The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, capable of reconciling bank accounts, and experienced in preparing tax returns and tax planning. Job Summary: Our client is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Client Service Associate - Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, capable of reconciling bank accounts, and experienced in preparing tax returns and tax planning. This role offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and review tax returns for various clients.
- Provide tax planning services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in business development activities to support the firm's growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both orally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Enrolled Agent or CPA eligible (CPA not required).
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- The ability and passion for interacting with clients.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Enjoys collaborating with team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
- Performance-based bonus of 0-15%.
