Requirements:
4 year accounting degree from an accredited college
5+ years of accounting experience
Leadership ability
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
Experience/skills:
General Ledger Accounting – financial statements, monthly management schedules, balance sheet reconciliation including prepaid accounts and accruals, month/quarter/year end procedures.
Banking – bank reconciliation, positive pay upload, ACH processing, stop payment, etc.
Business licenses – multiple jurisdictions.
Taxes – Sales, Use, Consumer Use, and Lube tax filing for multiple jurisdictions.
Computer skills:
Microsoft Excel – Advanced skills include pivot tables and queries
Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate level
Microsoft Adobe – Advanced Level
Prophet 21 or similar ERP system
