Job Summary
The Accountant Assistant Intern will perform key accounting and clerical functions, ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines while supporting the accounting team. This temporary, seasonal role offers hands-on experience in areas such as invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and month-end closing.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting personnel.
- Verify, reconcile, and process invoices daily.
- Maintain payment and transaction records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct three-way invoice matching for accounts payable (AP).
- Organize and maintain accounting files and documents.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently earned an AA or BS in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work onsite in the Brea office, 20-40 hours per week.
Compensation
Pay: $20/hour.
Duration: 3 months (Short-term, seasonal).
