Job Description:
We are seeking an Account Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining client accounts, supporting field technicians, and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts by responding to inquiries, updating information, and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and support dispatch for field technicians, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for communication, reporting, and appointment scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
