Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an Account Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining client accounts, supporting field technicians, and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts by responding to inquiries, updating information, and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate and support dispatch for field technicians, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments with clients.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for communication, reporting, and appointment scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
