Job Description
Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to maintain and manage current customer accounts. Responsible for identifying prospective customers and following up on leads.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify prospective customers and follow up on potential sales leads by utilizing personal territory knowledge,
networking relationships, and cold calling.
2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selections, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations,
and provide customer follow-ups as necessary in a timely and gracious manner.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
4. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintains records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
7. Other duties as assigned.

Food Safety Production Areas
1. Have a basic understanding of GMPs, Food Safety and Food Security. We are an SQF facility.
2. Inform Management of any Food Safety or Quality issues.
Physical Demands:
1. Frequently work on a computer, type, and make phone calls.
2. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications Required:
1. Previous sales experience in the food industry is preferred but is not required.
