BMA Media Group is a 100% union signatory contractor with the IBEW, IUPAT, and AFTRA. We are a small, creative, full-service marketing and Special Events Agency and the only 100% union agency shop in this industry.

Responsibilities
- Learn and effectively use various automated and AI tools for different work components and perform quality control for blog, social media, SEO, website, and other content.
- Learn and effectively use website and social tools such as WordPress, Facebook, X, Instagram, and more to perform quality control and edits on any client websites or social media posts and tools.
- Learn the union construction industry basics and then become an expert on your specific clients to manage their projects properly.
- As you learn about our clientele and the projects you will manage, support senior account representatives and coordinators in their client work.
- Collaboration and coordination with teammates to accomplish project deadlines and solve client problems through effective project organization and management.
- Effective client communication daily by phone, e-mail, virtual, and in-person meetings. Verbal phone skills are a requirement.
- Manage several client projects, tasks, priorities and relationships simultaneously, maintaining a balance of professionalism and friendliness.
- Presentation skills to clients for reporting on current or developing new business as necessary.
- Travel occasionally to client locations for meetings or events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Digital marketing experience (agency experience highly preferred) or applicable client account management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Knowledge of or ability to learn modern digital marketing platforms such as, WordPress, Google AdWords, All social media ad platforms, and more.
- Familiarity with general modern digital marketing and multi-media fields such as online video, print design, social media, blogs, TV, and radio.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills on behalf of clients are a must.
- Capable of performing in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Passion for union construction trades or apprenticeship/trade programs.
- Self-awareness to ask questions, learn new skills, and understand our client's needs and industry.
- Self-starter attitude and work ethic
- Friendly, Outgoing disposition to interact with clients while maintaining a professional attitude and approach.
