Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holidays
- Industrial Experience of two or more years required
- Valid driver's license needed for Account Reps only(five years of driving experience with no more than two moving violations within that period)
- Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish)
- Must enjoy working outdoors and staying busy

Job Description
- Supervise/Manage the property where you will be placed at.
- Keep a daily count of Bags, Bales and recyclables; complete daily Chain of Custodies as
- Keep Track of Daily Manager Notes and electronically submit daily updates and daily manager forms via our website.
- Monitor Open tops, Compactors, and Glass Bins and call in pick-ups as needed
- Enforce Policies, PPE, Safety Policies, Employee Handbook Policies and all other Company Policies
- Inspect, Document and Report any problems with machinery; must use lock-out tag out as needed.
- Review Employee Paper Work, Documentation, Timesheets etc.
- Check and Monitor Squeegees, Rakes, Push Brooms, Four-Ways, and all other equipment/supplies
- Make sure recycling dock is kept clean, sanitized, and free of debris at all times
- Train employees on properly clocking in/out and filling out all electronic forms.
- Train employees on how to securely make a cardboard, aluminum, plastic etc. bales and bags
- Operate all machinery, equipment; must review this protocol with all employees as well
- Must wear PPE and ensure that employees are wearing their PPE and masks immediately upon exiting their vehicles.
- Look for hazards and have a fundamental understanding of how to recognize them and dispose of hazards
- Proper material handling of all recyclables, universal waste and all other waste stream
- Must know how to report accidents and complete accident investigation packets
- Bilingual strongly encouraged
- Must be forklift certified
- Must attend meetings, additional training, and courses as needed
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Oversees Recycling Division and employees working at the various hotel recycling docks
- Keep track of Daily Manager Notes; daily electronic submittal of notes and status updates.
- Ensure that assets are being counted and turned in weekly; asset forms must be submitted via website each Saturday
- Enforce PPE, Safety Policies, Employee Handbook Policies and all other Company Policies
- Review Employee Paper Work, Documentation, Timesheets, etc.
- Check and Monitor Supplies, Repairs, and work orders
- Attend weekly meetings, train supervisors, and have periodic meetings with Property Management Team
- Call in open-tops, compactors, and all other service provider bins/totes.
- Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials (i.e., each bale moved may weigh an upward of 900 lbs.) within or near a property, recycling plant, or work site; transfer bags/bales as needed.
- All other duties as requested.
