Experience:

· 1 year logistics experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

· Account Management Experience preferred

Education:

· High school degree required; BA or Associate degree preferred

Required Skill Set:

· Able to work within a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities

· Basic Computer and Microsoft Office Experience

Alliance Highway Capacity, a division of Alliance Shippers Inc., is seeking a Highway Operations Associate to join our team in Mission KS. If you are looking to break into the Logistics field, this may be the career opportunity for you!

Account Representative-Operations Team individuals are responsible for helping to match shipments with trucks and overseeing those trucks throughout the lifecycle of the shipment. Account Representative-Operations Team individuals will provide account management and customer service to Alliance Highway Capacity’s clients. Account Representative-Operations Team individuals will collaborate with sales when required as well as carrier sales to confirm coverage on all shipments. Account Representative-Operations Team individuals will utilize tracking software to input tracking locations on all shipments.
