The Account Representative reports directly to the Manager and is integral in managing customer shipments via truck, exhibiting sound judgment in coordinating all aspects of transportation logistics. The role demands self-accountability and a commitment to delivering results yet offers the opportunity to work in a wonderful team culture where positive attitude and character matter!

 

Position Details:

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour. (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4 PM, Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

In Office. Some after-hours work, weekend work, and/or travel may be required

 

Duties include-Collaborating with dispatch to communicate available freight and customer load expectations. resolving customer issues, providing solutions, tracking data and communication. You will make a difference in helping to achieve company goals!

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• College degree or 2-4 years of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent customer service, phone skills, and computer proficiency
• Self-motivated and innovative, able to work with little supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
