Educational Requirements & Position Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

NCICS preferred

Minimum of 3 years medical collections experience required.

Detail oriented and organizational skills.

General knowledge of third-party payors, collection laws and procedures.

Experience posting payments, charges, and balancing the postings.

Computer experience, typing and ability to operate calculator.

Possess the ability to work productively, either independently or with other individuals.

Proficient in communicating in the English language both written and verbally.

Able to process correspondence in a timely manner.
