Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. After training period, position is 75% onsite based on business needs and performance

Provides strategic direction for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.
Job Specific Requirements
This exciting opportunity is in Client’s Customer Care Center where we support our customers via telephone and written correspondence. Our B2B channels include Commercial Contractors, Client Commercial Service (CCS), National Accounts, and Client International offices who are seeking after-market replacement components. The Customer Care Center is a high-volume, fast paced and metric driven call-center with a team atmosphere. We emphasize customer satisfaction, building strong business relationships and driving sales growth.
Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to work with a team and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized and attention to detail
Familiarization with Salesforce is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry is a plus
May involve overtime
