Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing leader in the Audio-Visual Solutions industry, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction for both live and virtual events.
What You’ll Do:
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to expand our customer base.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every event is a success.
Sales Excellence and Collaboration:
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales quotations in collaboration with internal teams and technical staff.
- Partner with Operations Managers to optimize inventory and labor utilization, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Event Support:
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue walkthroughs to ensure flawless event execution.
- Represent Company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build relationships.
Revenue Generation:
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals and revenue targets.
- Understand event cost structures to ensure profitability aligns with company guidelines.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive or preferred status agreements in collaboration with senior management.
Travel Expectations:
This role requires moderate to frequent travel to customers and vendor sites. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary for manufacturer sales meetings, training sessions, industry events, and on-site event support.
