In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing a diverse portfolio of landscaping accounts. You'll act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and high-quality solutions. - Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their landscaping goals and preferences.
- Act as the main contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues promptly.
- Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell landscaping services to meet client needs.
- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of exterior accounts, ensuring profitability and long-term client retention.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Landscape Designers, Project Managers, and Maintenance Crews) to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Analyze account performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in account management, preferably within the landscaping industry.
- Strong understanding of landscaping practices, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
