Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site)
Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $65,000 to $80,000 per year. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Commission: Competitive commission structure with the potential for significant additional earnings based on sales performance.

Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager who will bring their expertise to our team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World. This is an individual contributor role supporting inside sales and service for existing accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inside sales/customer service for existing accounts
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with speed and empathy
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to meet and exceed KPIs
- Deepen your understanding of our products to enhance service offerings
- Spearhead client retention and expansion through exemplary service and strategic partnership
- Act as single point of contact for dealers within territory
- Keep client records meticulously updated, including contract renewals and service updates
- Embrace brand ambassadorship, representing National Ramp's values in every interaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in a sales or account management role, ideally in a relevant industry
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software (e.g., HubSpot, Epicor)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
