The Role:
As an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing client projects and nurturing client relationships. Your mission will be to cultivate long-term partnerships built on trust, while leading the team in crafting tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns. With a focus on driving growth and innovation, you'll spearhead proactive initiatives and leverage Digital Voices' capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 90-100K USD, contingent on experience, and requires availability within Eastern Time Zones.
Responsibilities:
Pitch:
Design and execute industry-leading Influencer Marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the planning and strategy team to develop captivating campaign concepts.
Foster deep client relationships based on transparency and education.
Identify opportunities to enhance Digital Voices' value proposition to clients.
Proactively upsell analytical and paid offerings to clients.
Manage:
Lead and inspire the US accounts team.
Coordinate budgets to ensure client profitability.
Oversee campaign delivery to align with business objectives.
Manage a team of Account Managers and Executives.
Provide guidance from campaign inception to completion.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategize:
Engage with Digital Voices' culture and contribute to future growth.
Develop growth strategies to scale client campaigns.
Serve as a trusted advisor on social media campaigns.
Champion Digital Voices within the industry.
Utilize data insights to optimize campaign performance and agency offerings.
Embrace continuous learning and self-improvement.
Must-Haves:
Extensive Account Management experience.
Proven track record in influencer marketing or related campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and the creator landscape.
Experience with performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPM).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Empathy and adaptability in managing client expectations.
Proficiency in developing engaging creative strategies.
Excellent presentation skills, even under pressure.
Familiarity with Google Drive software, particularly Sheets.
Experience with reporting tools or data visualization is a plus.
Familiarity with both paid and organic campaign strategies.
