Epoxy Floor Coating Account Manager

Salary + Commission (No Cap)
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a capacity related to epoxy flooring, construction materials, or facilities maintenance.
As a Superior Manufacturing Epoxy Floor Coating Account Manager, your mission will be to perfect your consultative selling approach and develop enduring relationships with clients.
You’ll hunt for new clients in the world of facilities maintenance, offering premium epoxy floor coating solutions, expert knowledge, and unsurpassed customer service for their flooring needs. We’ll support you with on-the-job training so that you can land and expand new accounts with all the confidence of a true solutions consultant. We are expanding our verticals, and there are untapped markets with immediate growth potential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create new opportunities and win their business through a mixture of cold calls, site visits, and relationship nurturing.
- Design special solution packages; recommend epoxy floor coating systems; and provide volume discount pricing within guidelines.
- Manage and grow existing accounts and contractor leads by maintaining contact with them, resolving any product issues that may arise, and educating them on new epoxy flooring products or special offers.
- Oversee the management and growth of our new line of Rock Tred products, providing dedicated support to its customer base.
- Respond promptly to incoming technical inquiries, providing expert guidance on appropriate epoxy and coating selections to meet customer needs.
- Deliver ongoing technical support and solutions to the end-user customer base, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Continuously expand your understanding of industry trends, facilities’ challenges, and epoxy floor coating solutions relevant to your target markets.
- Relay ideas for new or modified products to management for consideration by the research and development team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a capacity related to epoxy flooring, construction materials, or facilities maintenance.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to connect with others both virtually and in person.
- Ability to understand and retain product knowledge, including epoxy coating applications and benefits.
- Extremely responsive, highly accountable, and solution-focused when interacting with clients and staff.
- Must have the ability to use internal order processing software and Microsoft Outlook programs.
- Requires the possession of persistence, self-motivation, organizational skills, creativity, and self-confidence, with the ability to succeed with very limited supervision.
- Strong closer with a proven track record in sales.
