About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and driven Account Manager Trainee to join our team. As an Account Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting both sales and customer service functions to help drive growth and foster strong relationships with our clients' customers. This is an entry-level role that offers a great opportunity to develop skills in account management, sales, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be trained to become a full-fledged Account Manager and will work closely with senior account managers to learn the ins and outs of managing client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos directly to potential customersÂ
- Monitor and follow up on potential leads to ensure timely conversion into active clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Help manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to learn account management skills, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Shadow and assist experienced account managers to gain hands-on experience in managing accounts, building client relationships, and handling complex service requests.
- Continuously learn about our clients products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
