Our Account Manager Trainees:
- Perform demonstrations and answer questions to potential donors for our clients
- Utilize your customer service skills to connect with community members at events
- Create meaningful relationships through an outstanding presentation, strategic thinking, and personalized interaction with every customer
- Effectively convey our clients goals and initiatives to the community and prospective donors
- Communicate expertise in telecommunications and entertainment by hands-on sales demos
- Ensure a flawless delivery of the customer experience from start to finish
- Collaborate with the Account Manager Trainee team to improve the client experience and set sales targets
Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service or account management role preferred but not required, we will provide full training to all new associates
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Honest, trustworthy, and operate with integrity
- A keen eye for detail and clear communication abilities
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
- Adaptable, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities
- A natural overachiever with a drive for superiority
