Overview:
As an Account Manager (Tier 1), you will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue generation. This is an associate-level position that offers a great opportunity for professional development and advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Account Strategy Support:
Assist in developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets under the guidance of the National Account Manager or Territory Sales Manager.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales Support, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional customer experience.Market Research:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects within designated accounts and target industries for business development.Sales Support:
Support Account Managers in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system.Product Knowledge:
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on market trends to effectively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.Sales Reporting:
Assist in preparing regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for the Sales Manager.Target Achievement:
Collaborate with Tier 2 & 3 Account Managers to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a related field.
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to assist in the development and execution of account strategies.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in maintaining CRM systems and accurate sales records (i.e., Salesforce).
- Ability to develop product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
- Strong analytical skills for preparing sales reports and performance analyses.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):
- AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification is strongly recommended.
- Experience in supporting sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify potential prospects and business development opportunities.
- Familiarity with preparing sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts.
- Experience in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Working Environment & Schedule:
- Location: On-site/in-office – Monday through Friday (Irvine, CA)
- Office Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Team Schedule: Shift times vary based on region:
- AM Team Hours: Either 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, as determined by the manager according to regional needs (East/West).
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000
- Sales Incentives: Up to $60,000 (performance-based)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Estimated $90,000 - $120,000 (combining base salary and achievable incentives)
