Overview:
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing assigned clients and finding new ways to engage clients to achieve team goals, including both account and company profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Actively convert relationships to new client contracts, and grow business within established accounts
- Quickly grasp each client’s goals, and make use of the resources of the agency to build an effective, integrated campaign
- Manage initial and ongoing client relationships to build/strengthen integrated marketing strategies
- Work with clients to establish budgets for projects and on-going campaigns
- Research clients’ products, services, competitors, and target markets
- Meet regularly with clients for briefings, proposal presentations, and campaign feedback
- Effectively communicate clients’ marketing goals, business culture, and budget to agency staff, and work collaboratively to plan and implement the best solutions for clients
- Monitor the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategy, making adjustments to consistently deliver expected results and client satisfaction
- Recognize, monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on clients’ brands
- Manage Creative and Practice Managers and staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time according to project scope and within budget
- Provide specific deliverables such as monthly reports, strategies, and creative briefs
- Develop proposals and present agency qualifications, creative work, and proposed marketing solutions to client
- Negotiate/manage changes between the client and agency staff
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and overall strategy, making adjustments to consistently deliver expected results and client satisfaction
Must Haves:
- Five or more years experience at industry-leading agency or company
- BA/BS or higher in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline
- Excellent local and national contacts /relationships
- Confident and persuasive style, while maintaining an approachable and diplomatic manner
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent creative thinking and writing skills
- Able to lead and facilitate consultative and collaborative conversations with clients and co-workers
- Able to concisely, clearly, and formally communicate creative marketing strategies to persons from all backgrounds
- Highly organized, critical thinker with demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-start, and handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally
- Strong team player able to form functional work relationships with peers and superiors

- Content creating, writing, and/or editing experience
- An eye for graphic design, photography, and videography
- Familiarity with content management systems and social advertising
- Google Analytics certification
