General Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring their business needs are met through M3 Networks' services. This role involves regular client engagement, sales activities, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Proficiency in ConnectWise is essential for tracking client interactions and sales activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with vCIOs to provide strategic IT advice during QBRs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients' business environments and IT needs.
Sales and Procurement:
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling M3 Networks' services.
• Manage renewals for software licenses, contracts, and subscriptions.
• Procure products and services while maintaining competitive margins.
Administrative Duties:
• Track all client interactions and opportunities in ConnectWise.
• Prepare proposals and manage the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client transactions.
Strategic Contributions:
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for client growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to align technology solutions with client goals.

- Drive to keep up on current and future technologies on a broad level.
- Ability to quickly learn modern technologies.
- Enjoys helping people to the extent that no problem is considered mundane, no matter how simple the solution
- Enjoys sharing information, supporting others, and working on a team to achieve team goals.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials
Credentials and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Familiarity with modern IT solutions, including SaaS platforms.
• Certifications such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals or sales-oriented credentials preferred.
Remote:
- 60% (Remote)
- 40% (onsite)
Salary and Benefits:
•Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
•Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
•Paid vacation and sick leave.
Hiring Process:
