The Account Manager handles overseeing all matters related to our client and servicing. Is the point of contact between our client and it customers to help solve problems and achieve business goals for their assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and keep strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and acquire new clients.
- Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure timely and successful delivery, meeting client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics and analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement. Responsible for the daily monitoring and updating of Account Management MS Planners and Power BI Dashboards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and achieve business objectives. Responsible for setting and documenting annual goals in ADP platform.
- Communication and Reporting: Clearly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Contract Management: Monitor contract terms and ensure compliance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on relevant systems and services.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, setting goals and monitoring performance.
- 4 + years' experience in the health insurance industry, PBM or professional job-related experience
- 4 years of client services or account management is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Bilingual - Fluency in both English and Spanish .
- Proficienct in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders .
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Leadership Skills- Ability to lead teams, motivate others, and drive results .
- Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field; or equivalent work experience.
