Account Manager - Altura Benefits

Altura Benefits is looking for someone to manage a block of group accounts. A successful candidate will be a team player, manage deadlines, and is detail oriented and organized. Someone who finds satisfaction in helping others and who thirsts for variety in their responsibilities will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and nurture client relationships

· Independently service a block of group clients

· Present annual renewals while assessing current plan designs and make recommendations

· Resolve plan administrator and member concerns

· Provide employee education

Qualifications:

· 2 years of industry experience preferred

· B

· Ability to present oneself in a professional manner

· Willingness to obtain a Health and Life Insurance Producer License

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and actively listens

· Proficiency in MS Office. 

· Trustworthy when dealing with confidential and private information
