The Insurance Agency Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with policy renewals, handling service inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of various insurance products and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. The Account Manager serves as a key liaison between clients and insurance carriers, addressing client needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, providing expert guidance and advice.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business opportunities efficiently.
- Manage service requests, including policy changes, certificates of insurance, and claim inquiries.
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve policy and coverage-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain thorough documentation of client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products to existing clients.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure adequate coverage and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, carrier changes, and product updates to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Account Manager or similar role in an insurance agency.
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance products (e.g., health, life, property, and casualty).
- Active insurance licenses required by the state (e.g., Property & Casualty or Life & Health).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
