Position: Account Manager (Remote)
Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued customers and clients across designated geographic areas. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by effectively representing our company and its products.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Engage in outbound calls to showcase and sell our products, ensuring a personalized approach to each interaction.
Maintain a polished and professional image of the company during all customer interactions.
Actively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to identify potential prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team and director to suggest enhancements for processes and performance, keeping a pulse on market trends and competitor activities.
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
Utilize our CRM system to meticulously log all customer communications, ensuring a streamlined and organized workflow.
Analyze data to develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline, while also providing valuable insights on pricing competitiveness.
Participate in trade shows, trainings, and relevant product meetings to stay informed and engaged within the industry.
Perform any other duties as necessary to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge or experience in the electricity/renewables sector is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Proactive in seeking areas for improvement and allocating resources accordingly.
Ethical negotiation skills and integrity are paramount.
Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to the team's success.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems is required.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: $ 37,000.00 129,000.00 Per Year
