Account Manager:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prescreen and enter workable released requisitions in zoho system for his/her assigned accounts
- Coordinate with clients or MSP people for questions about req, other information related to requisitions and provide that information to recruitment team
- Review and do final QC on all candidate submissions for her/his assigned accounts including arranging calls with candidates for due diligence before submitted to client
- Responsible for submitting all approved submissions of her/his assigned accounts to VMS portal or email to clients.
- Lead Interview Coordination
- Inform SDM and TAS about interview request
- Coordinate and confirm interviews with client
- Participate in mock interview with SDM to coach candidate and provide some insight information from client to candidate
- Enter interview in zoho and create calendar invite for interviews once it is confirmed by both client and candidate
- Lead and coordinate for new hire
- Attend weekly vendors call for all assigned accounts and responsible to relate all information to recruitment team and update that additional information under each req in zoho recruit
- Interacts with Clients/hiring managers to follow with consultants’ performance, develop, enhance business relationships:
- CRM emails to hiring managers
- Schedule CRM calls
- Schedule in person meetings
- Sending thank you card and promotional items
- Analyzes data and info from Tracker, Calls, Updates, workload…….
- Assist and report to Manager of Account Manager
- Interacts with Clients/hiring managers to follow with consultants’ performance, develop, enhance business relationships:
- Support recruitment team in recruiting candidates from referral network
- Coordinate, manage and monitor Account contract’s expiration date and contract renewals
- Create plans to increase current accounts’ productivity
- Review and track account requisitions and ensure coverage for all assigned accounts
- Managing all aspects of consultants pre, during and post contracts
- Conduit / communications channel between consultants and all Novalink functional groups (Recruitment / AM / HR/Finance or Business Development)
- Responsible for management of all consultants’ issues or leads
- CRM: Proactive follow ups and identifications of potential concerns
- Point of contact and responsible for CRM, Interview/hire process
- Generation of leads from consultants or clients
- Conduct training for submission requirement/process to SDM and TAS for assigned accounts.
- System and Operational support
- Update and maintain recruitment workflows/processes and handbook
- Responsible to update and maintain zoho with all consultant contacts and client contacts
- Responsible to update and maintain the correct account names, contract expiration date for accounts
- Responsible to update account information and submission requirements/process and other information that would benefit for recruitment team in each account
