Job Title: Account Manager - Recruitment
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our US team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client MSP accounts. Act as the main point of contact for all client-related queries and concerns.
# Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and marketing efforts
- Manage large-scale staffing projects for clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations and internal goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and expand existing relationships
- Provide market insights and intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence
# Requirements
- 5 years of experience in account management especially MSP accounts, sales, or business development, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Preferred working with ecommerce/retail clients.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
