Role Overview:
As a Clinical Consultant Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between our clinical operations and our valued Medicaid clients. Your role will involve providing top-notch clinical support, managing client relationships, and delivering proactive recommendations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Location:
Based in beautiful Vermont, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely while tackling rewarding challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional clinical consultation and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve clinical program goals, focusing on improving medication adherence and therapy outcomes.
Act as a trusted source of drug information and clinical expertise for clients.
Identify opportunities for program enhancement and upselling where appropriate.
Incorporate industry guidelines into client presentations and communications.
Work closely with internal teams to implement client initiatives and address service needs.
Facilitate custom Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committees and Drug Utilization Review Board meetings.
Provide education and support to clients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
Valid Pharmacist license with at least 3 years of experience.
Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with Medicaid fee-for-service programs.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
