· W2 role with opportunity to earn weekly base pay for first 26 weeks, if production requirements are met. In addition to weekly/monthly bonuses while you build your clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Communicate with clients and potential clients, gathering information about insurance needs.
· Network with potential client.
· Educate clients on insurance solutions based on need.
· Evaluate current insurance policies and plans and make recommendations where needed.
· Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
· A valid state issued insurance license. (We will help with the process).
· Strong sales skills to meet sales goals and grow your customer base.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· Positive attitude, empathy, and enthusiasm.
· Strong computer skills and ability to use various software.
· Ability to work with limited supervision.
· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
· A minimum of a high school or GED
· Prior insurance experience or sales experience (preferred)
