We are seeking a new Account Manager to join our team. Your role will be to assist our customer service team in meeting the needs of commercial insurance policyholders..
As a member of the Commercial lines customer service department, you will work with existing and prospective insured clients and team members from various departments within our organization and report to our Office Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
- Review and interpret insurance policies to effectively service an assigned book of business.
- Prepare account submissions for marketing.
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
- Process policy transactions, such as endorsements and cancellations.
- Invoice account activity.
- Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, as needed.
- Maintain accurate policy records in an electronic database
- Regularly attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
- Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- High School or GED
- Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Commercial Insurance experience
