Overview of the Role
- We are looking for an Omni Channel Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients on all day- to-day activities to grow CA Fortune Clients' business on digital marketing and retailer media platforms. This role will have a focus on Instacart, Walmart Connect, Kroger Ad platform and emerging retailer media networks, to ensure our clients are set up for success. Additionally, this role will lead strategy sessions, execute digital marketing campaigns and provide insight for recommendations. They will also have direct partnership management responsibilities to development digital shelf and merchandising strategies for advanced optimization for our clients on retailer websites.
- Fully Remote
- Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, and /or any other events that would be warranted.

What You'll do at C.A. Fortune
- Partner with internal C.A Fortune teams and clients to develop plans for Retailer Media, and digital marketing, including:
- Planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
- Providing insight into key metrics for performance on retailer media including Instacart, Criteo, Citrus Ads, Walmart Connect and emerging retailer ad platforms.
- Creating operating standards and strategies for retailer media networks
- Provide reporting and guidance for digital marketing campaigns.
- Customer Strategy: Drive sales performance targets through effective retail plans and strategic resource allocation.
- Achieve client's sales targets/return KPI related to the omni marketing investment KPIs (channel growth, sales, marketing $ ROAS) through effective retail marketing plans.
- Continuous refinement of retail plans during activation to ensure we hit forecast/ROAS as described within the annual performance goals with clients.
- Support internal account teams in customer interactions (account managers and customers) with relevant digital shopper insights.
- Manage omni marketing budgeting process and strategy for our key brands and accounts.
- Lead reviews of omni spend for category/accounts.
What You Should Bring to the Table
- Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products).
- 4-year bachelor's degree, and/or similar industry experience
- Strong business acumen and critical/strategic thinking ability and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to execute programs and drive measurable results.
- Experience in marketing communications or other creative experience with a focus on translating market knowledge/strategy into compelling stories and tools for digital sales channels.
- Experience in developing/executing effective digital marketing programs.
- Flexibility to respond to changing direction.
- Experience in Agency management.
- Knowledge of standard data benchmarks on dotcom.
- Ability to draw conclusions and insights from data.
