Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a strategic accounts manager or similar
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as NetSuite
- Extensive experience in B2B sales in the skill gaming market
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Great problem-solving and strong analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- This role will support the COAM Business Development Director
- Cultivating existing long-term master licensee partnerships while continuously identifying potential business opportunities
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the COAM market and prospective clients’ needs to tailor the sales approach for maximum efficiency
- Understand and communicate all product and technical strategies employed by competitive and complimentary organizations within the market space

- Assist with a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Recommend and implement accepted Account Management strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with key customer accounts
- Establish effective communication channels with customers and internal technical teams
- Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business levels of a client organization, from Executive to Technical staff
- Quickly and effectively solve problems by leveraging internal tools and teams to find solutions
- Work with Operations to build processes to improve the efficiency of the Norcross office
- Proactively analyze data to optimize product performance
- Share key analytical findings with the Commercial team
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and revenue reports
Benefits
- Target annual compensation $120,000
- $60,000 base commissions
