About the Job
Join us at AcquireCrowd as an Account Manager to collaborate and help solve client challenges in the ever-changing digital marketing ecosystem. You will focus on understanding the advertiser environment and align appropriate digital marketing solutions to their customer acquisition (CAC) goals and KPIs.
Account Managers work in a sales role, helping to maintain or extend existing accounts (customers) and develop new accounts by keeping consistent communication via Email / Meetings. They also act as intermediaries between other departments within our organization to ensure the success of our clients.
AcquireCrowd has an untraditional approach to partnerships. Unlike most sales roles, you'll be solely focused on customer success. Helping advertisers drive their key metrics within a campaign flight while correctly profiling and delivering the best product for their needs.
Requirements
- Tech background is key.
- Experience solving data problems with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience correctly identifying prospects using ZoomInfo + LinkedIn
- Experience crafting value-based outreach to spark thoughtful conversations
- Good problem solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Time management is number one.
- Excellent attention to detail
- For example: When writing emails, do you read them out loud, before sending?
- Knowledge of principles of marketing/advertising, media terms, and advertising goals/concepts.
- For example: Can you tell us the difference between CPC, CPL, and CPM?
