JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future

care for them. In the Account Manager position, you'll be responsible
for developing and leveraging customer relationships and creating
targeted selling strategies to drive sales growth. Your relationships
will be our competitive advantage in delivering a personalized customer
experience tailored to the individual buying preferences of each
customer. Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings: This position works
within our E&F business. Direct Supply supports every step of
procurement with more than 1 million product solutions and streamlined
large project management. Our care provider customers rely on us for
personalized expertise, outrageous customer service and innovative
solutions designed to make their jobs easier. Competencies & Skills
Needed: Ability to navigate ambiguity and change, while quickly making
smart decisions with limited information. Communicates Effectively -
Commands attention, listens and steers conversations toward desired
outcomes; Changes tactics midstream when something isn't working;
Writes clearly and succinctly to achieve the desired impact. Delivers
Results - Self-motivated while consistently takes initiative and
achieves results, even under tough circumstances; Drives progress

objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. Ability to work independently
with limited supervision. Creates and executes strategies for
establishing and growing customer relationships to meet and exceed sales
goals. What You'll Do and Impact: Manage and drive growth within a
specific territory of Senior Living communities. Develop and leverage
relationships with key decision makers over the phone and through
digital channels. Use predictive buying data and world class digital
sales and marketing tools to identify and solve customer needs, provide
consultation on services and products to support customers' short and
long-term business objectives. Increase sales by mobilizing internal
teams and resources to quickly solve customer needs, requests and
problems. Collaborate with internal selling teams to identify sales
opportunities and execute strategies to maximize growth, with a focus on
uncovering large sales opportunities and driving routine supply orders
to digital channels. Leverage analytics dashboard, live sales data and
other selling resources to develop and execute on growth strategies.
Develop and maintain long standing customer relationships with
purchasing managers, executives, administrators, and other senior living
and healthcare professionals. Coordinate internal and external resources
to address customer requests, safety concerns, financing, and regulatory
