Complete Staffing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients through calls and emails, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients to meet their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Understand clients’ staffing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize Bullhorn, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and other tools to research and target potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Bullhorn, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
