We are currently hiring an Account/Business Development Manager who possesses demonstrated success in sales and account development within the Information Technology sector.
As part of the AGM team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing relationships with existing and new clients and becoming a trusted partner in helping them meet and exceed their IT goals.
The ideal candidate is results-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic personality who can build immediate rapport and make immediate, significant impact all while embracing The AGM Way!
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain long term relationships and promote existing clients and new business development through innovative, multi-channel approaches.
- Partner with clients to identify pain points to create and deliver IT solutions. Manage contract negotiations, including rates, fees, and terms.
- Collaborate with recruiting to discuss and clarify client requirements to ensure quality.
- Establish consistent and effective follow-up schedules with client stakeholders and decision makers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in ATS (JobDiva)
- Participate in networking events such as professional association meetings, industry roundtables, etc.
- Build relationships with existing consultants through lunches, appointments, and engagements.
- Actively seek out additional opportunities to expand AGM’s footprint and market share within our existing client base and to bring in new business.
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of AGM policies and procedures to effectively promote the company.
- Solid understanding of the tasks that must be accomplished in order to meet revenue goals.
