Annual Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 Salary Including Bonuses

In this full-time role you would grow your sales career with a clear growth path, as well as grow our revenue and customer base through outbound and inbound sales calls, email and marketing campaigns, and persistent follow-up. What we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing:
- Making a high volume of daily prospecting calls and emails to hospitals and government agencies delivering the InJoy value proposition with a consultative sales approach
- Research grants and other public funding sources, including identifying which organizations and programs are getting those funds
- Effectively following up on referrals and leads for new clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts at national, state, and local levels
- Upselling and growing relationships with existing clients, and building meaningful relationships as you bring on new clients and maintain those accounts long-term
- Partnering with the Customer Success team to ensure the client is served well
- Executing marketing and sales campaigns tied to product promotions and awareness
- Entering account, contact, opportunity and activity records into CRM on a daily basis so that anyone at InJoy speaking with a client can enter a conversation well-informed, and so that InJoy can make the right business decisions based on forecasting data from the system
- Evaluating your progress towards goals with the entire sales team on a monthly basis and working closely with the National Sales Manager on a daily/weekly basis
- Some potential out-of-state travel to conferences
- 2+ years sales experience with demonstrated history of success, relationship development skills, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and relentless work ethic (within a balanced 40-hour work week)
- Minimum Associate's degree, Bachelor's preferred, or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or sales
- Strong computer skills required, in addition to experience working in a CRM/Sales database
- Creative and "hunting" personality with problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail paired with a customer service mentality
- Willingness to succeed in a high performing culture, proven through previous sales goals and metrics
- Requires strong organizational, phone/verbal, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to encourage and adapt to change quickly
- Business-to-business sales and/or government / military sales is preferred
- Experience in pregnancy, childbirth, or parenting education not required, but is a plus
