Account Manager - Live Events - High Output

Exciting career opportunity with High Output, LLC, a leading supplier of production services and equipment for the events industry. If you answered yes, then you might be our next account manager! In this position, you will work with new and returning clients to create rental production orders that meet their needs. You will manage the client relationship through all phases of a project, coordinating with in-house and external stakeholders to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.

The Account Manager must possess field experience and have worked extensively on-site in the events industry, preferably with a lighting background. This is a full-time in office position, based in Canton, Massachusetts.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits package offered includes health, dental, paid time off, and 401k.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to)

• Collaborate with event planners to understand technical requirements for each event.

• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary equipment and services.

• Must be able to easily reach out to other team members for support

• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and find solutions quickly.

• Ensure that all technical aspects of the event meet high-quality standards.

• Stay current on industry trends and technologies related to event production.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience, including on-site field production experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of logistics

• Experience with client management and customer service

• Good aptitude, attitude, and to easily relate and connect with clients

• Experience with a wide range of lighting, grip, and A/V equipment is a plus, especially lighting control systems and power distribution equipment
