Account Manager, Valet Operations
Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas, NV
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, plus tips, plus incentive plan, extremely competitive

The Account Manager of Valet Operations is responsible for the general management and oversight of the valet operations at Fashion Show Mall on the Vegas strip. In this capacity, the Account Manager provides leadership and direction to department staff and oversees multiple valet operations on property.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for hiring, training and development of Valet Attendant, Cashier and Supervisory staff
• Responsible for managing all employees by setting work expectations and leadership standards
• Develops directly-reporting supervisors to create a highly engaged team member environment
• Offers consistent and timely feedback to all staff to ensure effective communication between supervisors, management and staff
• Coordinate parking and transportation activities with other departments
• Develop and implement programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction
• Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction through team meetings and open dialogue
• Ensure appropriate and timely investigation and response to guest and employee concerns
• Oversee team member audits and follow-up to ensure all guidelines and policies are followed
• Encourage team member development and participate in employee interviews for all regular and seasonal positions
• Work closely with property management to ensure expectations are met to property management standards
• Manage operating budgets and understand labor and non-labor budgets
• Uphold and implement programs to support community involvement and property management initiatives involving parking and valet operations
• Assist with other parking & valet operations duties as necessary

• Must have excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to think quickly and to make sound decisions
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in hospitality industry, including experience in guest and/or customer service. Valet STRONGLY preferred.
• 4-yr degree strongly preferred
• Working knowledge and understanding of valet processes and systems
• Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as required
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather with spurts of jogging/sprinting over long periods of time
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
