- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have Entertainment Industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Staffing (including knowledge around IT Staffing).
- 3+ years of experience in supporting IT Staffing opportunities.
- 3+ years of Sales experience (farming experience with existing and new customers)
- 1 to 2 years of business development experience (hunting experience bringing new customers and building portfolio)
- 3+ years of account management experience.
- 3+ years of good experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service.
- 3+ years of experience in attending local customer and networking events.
- 3+ years of experience with using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Able to travel for customer meetings.
- Managed Services, SOW and Technology Savvy is huge plus.
COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 with a potential earning opportunity of 200K+. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
