PRISM seeks a dynamic Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and effectively managing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, providing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Account Management (IT staffing preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
