Title: Account Manager / Inside Sales
Location: Greater Jersey City, NJ area (Onsite), Parking Available
Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday – Friday) or 9 AM – 5 PM
Type: Direct Hire (Generous Salary, plus Commissions)

Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager / Inside Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers and clients in the healthcare, medical device arena. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with new leads through proactive outbound calling to showcase our innovative products and services.
- Following up with prospective and active clients, meticulously tracking project statuses and action plans in our local CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Listening attentively to customers’ concerns and providing comprehensive information about our offerings.
- Presenting exciting new products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Determining the most efficient methods to address client inquiries, ensuring swift and effective communication.
- Escalating queries and concerns promptly to ensure seamless resolution.
- Troubleshooting common issues with our products or services, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a keen interest in the manufacturing industry.
- Building rapport through strong phone presence and actively making frequent calls daily.
- Exercising excellent attention to detail and showcasing outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field, other degrees welcome with medical device sales experience
- 3 years’ experience in an inside sales team, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical industry, cellular therapy or regenerative medicine industries.
- Exemplary organizational skills.
- Proven phone sales skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to be in the office daily.
Salary
70,000 - 80,000 /year
