Job Summary:
As an Account Manager at Genius Business Solutions, you'll be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing robust client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. We're seeking a strategic and client-focused professional with in-depth knowledge of the IT services industry, especially within the US market. Your responsibilities will include managing key client accounts, pinpointing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch IT service solutions.
This role, based in India, offers the flexibility of remote work with hours from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST, allowing you to effectively operate from the comfort of your home. Come be a part of shaping the future of our diverse and dynamic organization!
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services.
- Establish a feedback mechanism to understand areas for improvement.
Staffing Solutions Delivery:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT professionals.
- Collaborate with clients to define job specifications, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of staffing assignments to clients.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contractual agreements.
Financial Management:
- Achieve revenue targets through effective account management and new business development.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, client feedback, and market insights for management review.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution:
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Timely Responses: Provide prompt and effective solutions to client concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their success.
Customer Advocacy:
- Identify satisfied clients who can serve as references, provide testimonials, or participate in case studies.
- Referral Programs: Implement referral programs to encourage clients to refer new business.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years as Account manager.
- Proven track record in Account management within the US staffing industry.
- Results-oriented in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment processes, and industry best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
- Work Ethic:
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
