Grit Productions & Expositions is a unique leader in the event industry offering a robust suite of turnkey services, including General Services Contractor, General Session production, video production, content creation, live event & off-site event production, meeting planning logistics, Grit Studio, and event freight shipping.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Grit Account Managers are the conduit to all services for our clients. This role will take on the responsibility of managing projects from a detail first perceptive, focusing on all aspects of the project from initial concept to completion. This role demands attention to detail, problem solving, quick thinking, multi-tasking, solid communication, and creativity.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

· Professional Representation of Grit

· Travel for Site Visits, show production, presentations, etc

· Schedules / Production timelines & deadlines

· Create and manage Event Decks for client meetings

· Floor Plan development

· Budgeting

· Invoicing

· Communicate with Grit operations

· Management of client throughout event process

· Creative brainstorms and presentations to clients

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· 1-5 years of experience producing corporate events & tradeshows

· Passion, determination and commitment for Events and the Event industry

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong experience in running and managing events

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work well in teams and be self-driven

· Outstanding customer service, including professional presence and superior client relationship skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work in a rapid, fast-paced environment.

· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365

· Knowledge and demonstration of good judgment and client confidentiality.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends.

· Ability to travel– up to 30-40%

· Constant desire to learn
