Client Relations Specialist
Responsibilities and Requirements:
The role is responsible for proactively retaining high-priority client groups and meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators.
Key tasks include managing client interactions using Salesforce, resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing, and establishing positive relationships with employers, brokers, and Account Executives.
The position also involves conducting presentations, promoting products, coordinating renewals, and implementing new services.
Administrative duties include managing communications, preparing reports, updating logs, and assisting with company functions.
The job requires excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills, with a preference for candidates with a college degree, healthcare or insurance experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also needed.

Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Pay: $26.44/hr
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
- Parking: Compensated for 70% of monthly cost
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-4pm (1 hour lunch break). In-office every workday during training (up to 6 months). Once training is completed, a hybrid schedule is optional and subject to approval.
- Must have: valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and no-fault auto insurance.
